Class length
Each lesson lasts 50 minutes. Enough time to make real progress without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Late arrivals
Life happens. If you're running late, I'll wait 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that, the lesson will be considered completed unless you've let me know in advance. If you're delayed, just send me a quick message and we'll figure it out.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please let me know at least 12 hours in advance, and we'll happily find another time.
Lessons canceled with less than 12 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are considered completed. This policy helps keep the schedule fair for both of us.
