Gracias por apoyar mi trabajo y elegir uno de mis recursos.

Debido a la naturaleza de los productos digitales, todas las ventas son definitivas. Una vez confirmado el pago y enviado el enlace de descarga, no es posible realizar cambios, devoluciones ni reembolsos.

Si tienes algún problema para descargar el archivo, el enlace ha caducado antes de tiempo o detectas un error técnico en el recurso, escríbeme a hola@miriamsibrian.com. Haré todo lo posible para ayudarte y asegurarme de que puedas acceder y utilizar el material correctamente.

Lessons · Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please let me know at least 12 hours in advance. I'll be happy to find another time that works for both of us.

Lessons canceled with less than 12 hours' notice, or missed without prior notice, are considered completed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Refund Policy

All lesson packages and monthly plans are non-refundable once purchased. If I ever need to cancel a lesson, you'll be able to choose between rescheduling it at no additional cost or receiving a full refund for that lesson.

Unused Lessons

Lessons included in your monthly plan must be used within the corresponding calendar month. Unused lessons do not automatically carry over to the following month unless we have agreed otherwise in advance.
