Mimi es una profesora excelente.. Me gusta mucho nuestras clases. She has a curriculum and is very organized and intentional in her teaching. She explains concepts clearly and makes the classes fun. I love that, as part of the lessons, she teaches about the cultures of Spanish speaking countries. She also has developed interesting learning activities centered around customs and holidays in Spanish speaking countries (such as las alfombras during Semana Santa in Guatemala or the International Day of Women) that I have enjoyed.
